"Failed to Create Empty Document"
I get this popup message when I click on Device Management in control panel: “Failed to Create Empty Document” and then says it stopped working. Really, It happens whenever I try to open any computer management plug ins like Device Management. I have Windows XP SP3 and all the updates.
